On-site Univeristy accommodation
Budget accommodation, guest rooms and students' dormitory rooms at the premises of AWF Warszawa (based on the order of requests and availability) and hotels in Warsaw. Congress fee does not include costs of accommodation. Congres secretariat will help delegates in booking on-site university accomodation.

1. „Męski" Students' Dormitory - 200 beds - high standard double rooms and 10 single rooms
2. „Żeński" Students' Dormitory - 20 beds - high standard single rooms

University dormitories' accommodation price for 2017 Congress delegates:
* Single room - 95,00 PLN (app. 23 Euro) per person per night (VAT included);
* Double room - 85,00 PLN (app. 21 Euro) per person per night (VAT included; 170 PLN per room)
* Prices above do not include breakfasts.
On-site University accommodation reservations: please use the University Accommodation Form and send it over to the following e-mail address: congress2017@awf.edu.pl (title line: University Accommodation and delegate's name).
All accommodation at the University payments should be made prior to arrival via money transfer to the Congress bank account. Payments for the accommodation at the University should be separate from congress fee payments and easy to identity (title: University Accommodation Congress 2017 and name or names of delegates).

Please remember to indicate the participant name on the bank transfer. Please remember that the Organiser must receive full accommodation payments and any transfer or exchange cost must be borne by the party sending money transfer. Please notice, there is a limited number of rooms available at the premises of the University. Registration date order will be applied in booking the accommodation
Accommodation outside the University
Congress delegates may choose accommodation in many Warsaw hotels. Congress organisers recommend Hotel Ibis Warszawa Stare Miasto and Holiday Park Hotel in Warsaw located app. 3 km from our University. Hotel costs are covered individually by delegates and Congress secretariat is not responsible for managing either the hotel booking or hotel payments.
To book the room in Hotel Ibis Warszawa Stare Miasto, please use the attached booking form and fax it to H3714-re@accor.com within the 15/08/2017 deadline. To book the room in Holiday Park Hotel, go to the hotel website: http://www.hphotel.pl/. Holiday Park Hotel will host Congress keynotes and VIPs.
Both hotels are easily accesible by Warsaw public transportation and their location allows convinient travel to Congress venues.
