*Scan of student ID should be e-mailed to the Conference Secretariat at the time of registration

The registration fee for delegates and students includes:

  • Admission to all sessions and poster area
  • Congress materials
  • Lunches on 2 conference days (Sept. 15 and 16)
  • Coffee/tea according to the programme
  • Reception on Sept. 14, 2016 (Olympic Center)
  • Warsaw excursion on Sept. 15, 2016

 The registration fee for accompanying person includes:

  • Reception on Sept. 14, 2016 (Olympic Center)
  • Warsaw excursion on Sept. 15, 2016

Conference fee does not include accommodation.

All Congress fee payments (in PLN) should be made prior to arrival via money transfer to the Congress bank account. The Organiser must receive full Congress fee and any transfer or exchange cost must be borne by the party sending money transfer.

 The organisers will not accept fee payments during the Congress.Please remember to indicate the participant name on the bank transfer. Please remember that the Organiser must receive full Congress fee and any transfer or exchange cost must be borne by the party sending money transfer.

Cancellation Policy for registration:

  • For written cancellations received before 15 May, 2017 a full refund minus bank transfer and exchange handling fees will be made.
  • For written cancellations received between 16 May to 16 June, 2017 registration will be refunded minus 30 Euro handling fees and bank transfer and exchange fees
  • After 16 June, 2017 no refund will be made
